request. For priority, overnight
or international shipping, a nominal

All
phone sessions are recorded unless
you request otherwise. Included
in the price of your session is
a .mp3 recording of the reading
that will be available to download
within 48 hours. If you'd like a
CD of your session, a fee of $10.00
will be added to your total fee.
The CD will be mailed out within
one week of the session. Due to
the new phone system, we are unable
to offer cassette tapes anymore.
Please specify your recording preference
when scheduling your appointment.
Sessions done on location are not
taped by Lisa, but you are always
welcome to bring your own recorder. |

Because
of the quantity of specific information
Lisa sends, receives and relays
during a consultation, MOST
initial readings last at least
one (1) hour, but depending on
how many animals you are connected
with, who comes through during
the reading and the number of
questions and issues you want
covered, readings can last longer.
Lisa does ask that you, the client,
please be mindful of the time
during the session. You always
have complete control over how
long it lasts and can end it at
any time.

Card - Visa/MasterCard

does not charge you for a reading
until AFTER the session. You
are only charged for the time
actually spent in session. Because
of this, no refunds will be
given for any completed sessions. |

- If
paying by check or money order,
either the check must be received
and cleared before your session
or valid credit card information
is required as a deposit.
Your credit card will not
be charged if your check arrives
within 7 days after your session.
If it has not arrived by day
8, your credit card will be
charged for the full amount
of the session and any discounts
will be null and void..
If
your check is returned for
any reason, your credit
card will be billed for
the full amount of your
session PLUS a fee of $30.00.
All discounts previously
offered will be null and
void.
