All
phone sessions are recorded unless
you request otherwise. You have
the choice of receiving the recording
of your session on a standard cassette
tape mailed to you or as a downloadable
.mp3 file. Cassette tapes will be
mailed within a week of your session
and a link to the .mp3 file will
be emailed to you within 24 - 48
hours of your session. Please let
Lisa know what your recording preference
is when scheduling your appointment.
Sessions done on location are not
taped by Lisa, but you are always
welcome to bring your own recorder. |

Because
of the quantity of specific information
Lisa sends, receives and relays
during a consultation, MOST initial
readings last at least one (1)
hour, but depending on how many
animals you are connected with,
who comes through during the reading
and the number of questions and
issues you want covered, readings
can last longer. Lisa does ask
that you, the client, please be
mindful of the time during the
session. You always have complete
control over how long it lasts
and can end it at any time.

Clients: If paying by check
or money order, either the
check must be received and
cleared before your session
or a valid credit card number
is required as a deposit.
Your credit card will not
be charged if your check arrives

the originally scheduled time,
you can choose to send an
additional check or charge
the remaining fee due. |
